The commercial says....

Last week the boys and I were doing some grocery shopping when Garrett spotted the Crush Cups (yogurt). He asked if he could have them. I had no idea what they were so I checked them out. Immediately I knew they were not for this little guy. I explained I was not buying Crush Cups as they would make a horrible mess. If he wanted some yogurt he could pick out something else. After some begging and tears we left the area without any yogurt. This was the last I had heard of them. Whew.....

Until this morning, Garrett is enjoying his Saturday morning cartoons and all the sudden he comes running into the other room. Talking so fast I could hardly understand any of it. Finally I understood. "Mom the commercial does not show any mess! You just open them, crush, slurp and enjoy the awesomeness. No dirty mess or spoon. Can we go get some?"

I am thinking we will be avoiding the yogurt area for a while!

You're Still The One

Looks like we made it

Look how far we've come my baby

We mighta took the long way

We knew we'd get there someday

They said, "I bet they'll never make it"

But just look at us holding on

We're still together still going strong

Ain't nothin' better

We beat the odds together

I'm glad we didn't listen

Look at what we would be missin'

Thank you for a wonderful and memorable 7 years together. Looking forward to many more in the future.

Introduction.......

Welcome to my world raising two boys that are different as night and day!

Blonde Hair vs Brown Hair
Tall vs Short
Shy vs Doesn't Know a Stranger
Blue Eyes vs Brown Eyes
Quiet vs Loud
14 yrs old vs 5 yrs old (yes, this is true and not a typo)
Well I am sure you are getting the picture...

They are the joy of my day and I would not trade them for anything. They each have their own personalities that like to challegne my parenting skills and keep me on my toes. However, I love every minute of it.
